OFFICE MANAGER
Tara has 21 years of experience in dentistry and loves making every patient feel welcome. She has two daughters, five grandkids, and enjoys camping, side-by-siding, and anything
outdoors with family.
CHENILLE
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Chenille is known for her upbeat personality and ability to make patients feel at ease. A former D1 hockey athlete, she’s a proud mom of two and loves creating a welcoming, fun, and professional experience for every patient.
ALEXIS
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Alexis brings a friendly, outdoorsy energy to the office. A UVU grad and mom to a one-year-old daughter, she loves camping, hunting, boating, and spending time with family.
HOPE
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Hope completed her MATC dental assisting training in high school. A Payson native, she lives in Santaquin with her husband, two daughters, and their silver lab, Dozer. She loves Lake Powell, camping, and Dutch Bros.
ANNETTE
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Annette has spent over 20 years assisting Dr. Farley. She has seven kids, three grandkids, and enjoys gardening, sewing, crocheting, and time with her family.
ANGIE
DENTAL ASSISTANT
Angie has over 35 years of experience as a dental assistant and is loved for her warmth and gentle care. She lives in Palmyra with her husband, helps manage their cattle farm, and enjoys spending time with her four children and eleven grandchildren.
EMILY
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Emily has been a hygienist since 2010. She lives in Saratoga Springs with her husband and four children. She loves tacos, soup, books, mountains, and staying warm.
CARLYN
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Carlyn has been a hygienist for 15 years and has worked with Dr. Farley for 24. She has four children and loves family trips and quality time together.
JAMIE
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Jamie has over 31 years of hygiene experience, with 20 years alongside Dr. Farley. She has five children, three grandkids, and loves running, hiking, baking, and time with her family.
EMILY
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Emily graduated from BYU and completed her hygiene degree in 2019. She’s active, outdoorsy, and a proud mom of two who loves mountain biking, skiing, and family adventures.
